Liam Perkins is the Wellbeing Coordinator for Student Voice at Nottingham College, a multi-campus college with approx. 20,000 students, accumulated from 2 mergers. He started working in Further Education 11 years ago in the college’s Marketing Department and moving into his role as a Learner Voice Practitioner over 5 years ago. Currently, Liam is also sitting on the college’s Board of Governors as one of the Staff Governors. He is also studying an ILM Apprenticeship in Leadership and Management alongside his work.

Liam is passionate about equality and diversity and ensuring that all students have a voice during their time at college and ensuring that there is equal representation on the college’s Student Council. As well as promoting liberation societies, events and offering training to improve the college’s understanding, whilst sitting on the college’s EDI Committee.
